That is a solar panel built into a cell phone - Samsung's E1107 to be exact. Samsung claims that the battery can be brought back from the dead in only 15 minutes by sitting in the sun. Very cool feature on what looks to be an otherwise drab phone - a drab phone that is cheap ($59) and not available in America.via Engadget
